Bird Seed Bars

The early bird gets the bar! Delicious for breakfast, on the run, refuel snack. Gluten and dairy free!

To make them:

  • Mix all your dry ingredients together
  • Soak chia seeds in Udo Oil
  • Melt the coconut butter and honey together
  • Add all the liquids as needed to create a mixture that is thick enough to bind together
  • Refrigerate and eat
