My favourite Dunedin cafe: The Perc Cafe, does it all the best! When you are missing home a touch, just make what they do.
300g Flora Goji berries
1 Cup Udos Oil
1 Cup golden syrup
½ cup brown sugar
180g peanut butter
300g rolled oats
300g pumpkin seeds
300g sunflower seeds
300g sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the oats, seeds and goji berries
In a small saucepan on a medium hear, melt together the oil, peanut butter, brown sugar and golden syrup. Heat and stir until the mixture is combined and smooth.
Pour the liquid into the bowl of seeds. Mix to combine evenly.
Press the mixture into a slice tin that has been lined with baking paper.
Bake for 25minutes or until golden on top.
